Week 9 Heisman Top 10: Boykin and Fournette Running Neck-and-Neck


Trevone Boykin’s play for TCU might drop your jaw, raise your eyebrows, quicken your heart-rate. If you’re West Virginia head coach Dana Holgorsen, all you can do is just give the quarterback props.

For the first time in several weeks, LSU running back Leonard Fournette is not in command of the CFB Huddle Heisman Top 10. Fournette was on a bye in Week 9 ahead of the Tigers’ main-event bout with Alabama, but the explosive running back is still in first place.

He now shares the distinction now with Trevone Boykin.

Just because I’ve spoiled No. 1 — and, let’s be honest; it’s pretty obvious at this juncture in the race — doesn’t mean you shouldn’t read on.
